what sort of schedule were you looking for? In terms of supplements, mine get none. Neither coconut oil nor kelp are of any benefit to dogs.

Hi I am in the 1st week of transitioning. And have my proteins lined up on when to offer and how long before moving to the next. What I am wondering is if anyone has a raw feeding schedule they would be willing to share. I breed dachshunds so I am switching over 6. They are all getting 5.5 oz a day. We have a lot of supply of elk and deer so would like to work those in as much as possible. Thanks so much. Also what supplements does everyone give. Mine are currently getting 1tsp coconut oil, omega supplement chew. And my dilute girls are getting 1 tsp kelp daily.

yes we’re definitely seeing it. I run a raw feeding boarding kennel and switch over dogs of all ages, although sometimes the small guys can be a bit tougher to switch. Let me know how you get on.

I want to shift my 13 yrs pomerian dog on raw. Is it safe for him. M worried about bones. Will bones harm him as he sometimes gulp his food. With part of chicken should i start?

Hello, I am really interested in feeding my puppy a raw diet. I have been researching and found some good info. I am really concerned about the cost of feeding raw. I am also really confused on where to start as there are a bunch of different recommendations. Any info would be much appreciated. Thanks

the best thing you can do at this point is continue your learning. The best forum is the raw feeding forum on facebook: http://www.facebook.com/groups/rawfeedingcarnivores – there are a substantial number of files there to read through that will help you establish a good learning platform.

i am from India and i am a new person in this pet’s world.. i have brought a German shepherd puppy she is 2 and half month old.. when i brought to my home she is little bit weak as the vet said.. and i am treating her as the vet says… she is eating pedigree.. i have been searching that what is good for my puppy and i was totally unknown about raw feeding.. but now i got to know that dogs are meant to eat raw.. she has been eating kibbles from 1 month.. how can i introduce raw to my puppy ?? and i thank you that i found you here.. because our vet says raw isn’t good for dog at all… hope you will guide me in everything….
