Now the so called newest superfood has been announced:  Birch water.

I did predict a few days ago that there would be such another wonderfood.  Again, it’s just utter bs.

No, do not give it to your dog, cat, or ferret.

The reason why the term “superfood” has been banned in the EU unless manufacturers can actually claim it’s true (none have) is because it’s just marketing hype.  Click here for a great article which explains it succinctly.
